WELCOME! - Pop’s Fishing Cabin is a modern cabin close to Branson with stunning views of Lake Taneycomo!

Our cabin provides a scenic, peaceful and quiet retreat for your family and friends. Enjoy our private hot tub, kayaks, community pool, family room and spacious out-door deck to experience lake views and nature.

About the Space
**Overview**
- Accommodates 14; 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
- Sleeping arrangements include 4 king and two bunk beds - 2 full and 2 twin beds.
- Open concept kitchen, dining and living room; kitchen is fully
equipped.
- Living room and kitchen opens to deck with outdoor seating, electric
fireplace and Weber BBQ grill.
- Lower-level family room with wet bar, popcorn machine and many
games.
- Hot tub on patio accessed from lower level.
- High speed WI-FI and smart TVs.

** Main Level **
Inviting entryway with fishing poles and walking sticks. The living room and kitchen/dining area feature a stunning 2 story electric fireplace and sliding glass doors with deck access. Two couches and love seat offer ample seating in the living room for engaging in meaningful discussions. The ½ bath is conveniently located here. The dining table can comfortably seat 12 people (8 chairs & 2 benches) and 4 bar chairs are available for seating while enjoying group meals.

** Lower Level **
The lower-level family room is perfect for more family discussions, playing games on the table or watching a movie from the smart TV. The wet bar includes mini popcorn machine (popcorn provided) and refrigerator.

The patio and private hot tub can be accessed from the lower-level.

Have some fun with your family and friends! Can you find 10 firefly jars located throughout the cabin on the various walls?

We work hard to ensure check-in to Pop’s Fishing Cabin is easy. You will be provided with a unique code a few days prior to your arrival.
You will also be provided with detailed driving instructions on how to get to the cabin along with a map location.

** More Useful Information **
✔ New homes are being built in our community so there may be construction during daylight hours.
✔ The primary renter must be 25 years old or older.
✔ Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
✔ No smoking, vaping or marijuana use allowed in and around the
property.
✔ Please no pets, a $500 pet fee will be assessed if pets are brought on the property.
✔ No large gatherings, events or parties.
✔ Only registered guest may enter the home.

- Directions to Pop’s Fishing Cabin; Take Hwy 76 east to T Hwy 5 miles to a right on School House Road. Stay straight at 4-way stop to the end of Mountain Grove Road (approx. 2 miles). Turn right at Turtle Ridge Drive. The cabin will be the 4th cabin on your left.
