This property was great for our stay in Branson. Clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Great area and close enough to the landing and branson to do all the things we had planned.

We brought our 88 yr old mother and had asked an Evolve assistant, prior the stay, if it was wheelchair assessable which she checked and said we could get “most “ of the way and would have “a few” steps at the end to the door. Well, 21 steps later, we finally get her down to the door. So, had to reorganize our activities a bit so we only had to do that once a day. Also had a wet moldy Keurig machine, but our lovely and prompt staff got us a new one. The extra bedroom was not vacuumed and had leaves and a nice spiders nest in the corner. Woke up the first morning at 7:30am to what sounded like a jack hammer above us- it was even vibrating our wall. Soooo, overall was a disappointed with the overall condition of the rooms and how much work my mom in law had to do.

Booked through Expedia but contact number to check in was through Evolve. The property did not have a record of our reservation. I spent hours on the phone with Expedia with many agents desiring to cancel the reservation. The experience was a nightmare that left me on the phone for a total of 3 hours and 30 minutes all while being told the property did not have my reservation.
