Located a 10-minute walk from the beautiful village of Erbalunga and a 5-minute walk from the beach, “La Marmorraggia” is a traditional Corsican house measuring 300 m² that was completely renovated in 2017 and retains all the charm of the past.
In the shade of the linden trees, you can enjoy the spacious outdoor areas with breathtaking views of the sea and relax by the heated, secure pool.

The villa is spread over two levels and features underfloor heating and cooling. It has a total area of 300 m² and can accommodate 9 to 11 people in 4 bedrooms. It includes Wi-Fi and a smart TV with Canal+ and Canal Sat channels.

On the first floor, you’ll find:
- a large, fully equipped kitchen with a terrace overlooking the sea: fireplace, refrigerator, dishwasher, range, microwave, coffee maker (Nespresso), kettle, toaster, dishes, and silverware.
- a laundry room adjacent to the kitchen with a toilet, sink, washing machine, ironing board, and iron.
