With the Chalet GM in the Brandner Valley, a residence has been created that is unparalleled in the Brandner Valley and the surrounding area. Amenities that leave nothing to be desired create the framework for fulfilling holiday days in the Austrian Western Alps. Enjoy a fantastic view of Brand's local mountain in Vorarlberg whilst residing in 540 m² of exclusive living space.



EQUIPMENT:



Anyone who wants nature, relaxation, comfort and privacy is in the right place at Chalet GM Gold. Upon entering the premium chalet, it becomes clear that no compromises were made in construction and furnishings. The entire 540 m² of living space is a luxurious composition of natural materials. Warm wood takes the lead in the living areas. Slate and concrete bring their natural flair into the hallways and bathrooms.



The GM Chalet is spread over 3 floors. You will be welcomed in the spacious entrance area and it is immediately apparent that great emphasis was placed on local wood and stone during its creation. Upon entering, the entrance area impresses with its generosity and creates a relaxed arrival. A broad, open staircase leads to the first floor or the lift, which serves all floors.



On the first floor is the heart of the house the spacious living area with open-plan kitchen. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: including teppanyaki grill surface, steamer, beer tap and schnapps fountain and much more let yourselves be surprised!



On the sofa landscape by the centrally positioned and freestanding fireplace, you enjoy a glass of wine, perfectly chilled from the wine cooler.



The infinity pool in the outdoor area provides a welcome cooling off in summer. Additionally, a hot pot is available. Pool use is only possible in summer (May to October) due to the heating system.



For year-round barbecue evenings, a gas grill is available under the covered outdoor kitchen. The seating area next to it is heated in two ways, providing cosy warmth from above through heating radiators and from below through seat heating.



Two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with an infrared shower by Physiotherm and a dressing room are located on this floor.



On the open gallery there is another bedroom with an en suite bathroom. For additional, soothing warmth, there are two Physiotherm infrared chairs here.



An additional residential unit with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living area is located on the ground floor.



The consistently indirect lighting sets all elements and furniture in an atmospheric scene. The larch wood on walls, ceilings and floors spreads a pleasant and cosy scent. The excellent room climate is noticeable with every breath.



LOCATION:



The location of the house is ideal a mountain slope near the village centre, in the middle of the idyllic mountain village of Brand. You experience this mountain world best through outdoor activities, skiing, hiking and mountaineering or you can enjoy the unique view of the Mottakopf, the local mountain in Brand, from the terrace.
