The fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine invites you to cook. WiFi, smart home, flat TV, a safe. You can park in the underground car park or in front of the house, and an electric charging station is also located at the house. A ski room with shoe dryer is available to you in winter, and in summer, there is a storage space for bicycles in the underground car park.

The apartment is located quietly at the entrance of Brand - with plenty of nature all around and good connectivity through the nearby bus stop. Skiing, hiking or golfing - your mountain experience begins right here at the doorstep.
