Welcome to our newly renovated attic apartment in Bramberg am Wildkogel—the ideal retreat for nature lovers, active vacationers, and those seeking peace and quiet alike!

Spanning a generous 70 m², our modern and stylishly furnished apartment accommodates up to four people. Look forward to two cozy bedrooms, a bright bathroom, and an open-concept living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located in the attic and exudes a special charm: In the bedrooms and the living area with its sofa, lovingly designed sloped ceilings create a cozy, inviting atmosphere.

A real highlight: From the balcony, you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the imposing Hohe Tauern mountain range—an unforgettable experience in every season. The quiet location on the outskirts of town guarantees pure relaxation without having to sacrifice proximity to activities.

For active guests, we offer a ski storage room and a lockable mountain bike storage room. The ski gondola is just a 2-minute drive away, and a bus stop is also conveniently nearby. A covered parking space is, of course, available to you free of charge.

Whether it’s snow-covered slopes in winter or hiking and biking adventures in summer—our vacation rental is the perfect starting point for an unforgettable vacation in the Alps.

Positiv: sehr neuwertige, hochwertige FeWo, top Ausstattung, traumhafter Balkon, ruhige Lage, Bramberg liegt ideal als Ausgangsort für Hohe Tauern oder Kitzbüheler Skigebiete. Zentrum Bramberg zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Überdachter Stellplatz.Negativ: Sehr tiefe Dachschrägen, in den Schlafzimmern kann man nur an wenigen Stellen überhaupt stehen, auf dem Sofa kann man nicht aufrecht sitzen. Kopfstoßgefahr für Personen über 180. Lage fast im Gewerbegebiet wenig charmant.
