Unique vacation rental located right on the Weser River. The entire property was renovated in 2020 and features upscale amenities as well as a fantastic view of the Weser. The apartment is situated directly on the Weser levee, offering a very quiet yet convenient location close to the city.

Spanning 88 m², this upper-floor apartment features two separate bedrooms with double beds and their own flat-screen TVs. The bathroom is very spacious and features a large walk-in shower and a large vanity. Great emphasis has also been placed on an open, maritime, and bright interior design, which is particularly evident in the kitchen-dining area and hallway. The modern kitchen-dining area features a versatile built-in kitchen and a Nespresso machine.

The absolute highlight is our “Captain’s Room,” which can be used as a living room and dining area. The spacious living area is flooded with light and has been lovingly furnished. The large flat-screen TV, the luxurious air conditioning, and direct access to the secluded loggia offer the highest level of comfort.

A particular advantage is the newly installed underfloor heating throughout the apartment.

Super schöne Lage der Ferienwohnung! Modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, angehaucht im maritimen Design, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Großzügige und gut geschnittene Ferienwohnung für Familien - entsprechend weiterzuempfehlen.Bezüglich der Sauberkeit durfte man nicht zu genau in die Ecken und Schubladen schauen. Auch das Geschirr war teilweise nicht zu 100% sauber. Im Wasserkocher befand sich noch Wasser des Vorgängers (oder noch älter?). Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein größeres Loch im Laminat; Vorsicht, Verletzungsgefahr! Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lediglich online über das FeWo-Portal. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist wirklich gut (lediglich Seife hat bei unserem Aufenthalt gefehlt).

Eine tolle und großzügige Wohnung!!! Durch die vielen Fenster :-) hatten wir einen rundum Blick auf die Weser. Dir ruhige Lage der Wohnung haben wir sehr genossen und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Einen Urlaub wert

Für unseren Wochenendkurztrip durften wir in einem wirklich schönen Appartement zu Gast sein. Die Ausstattung ist außerordentlich gut und der Ausblick auf die Weser super schön. Vielen Dank, für die tolle Zeit auf dem Deich.

Es war ein rundum gelungenes Wochenende. Die Unterkunft mit dem wunderbaren maritimen Ausblick hat uns bei unserer Arbeitstagung sehr gut getan. War alles top - besonders das Entgegenkommen unseres Gastgebers Sonntag später abreisen zu dürfen.

Weserblick

Schöne, gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit einem tollen Blick auf die Weser. Morgens mit einer Tasse Tee den Sonnenaufgang genießen und dabei die Vögel über der Weser zu beobachtet, war ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis. , dasuns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben wird.

Prachtige locatie

Inchecken ging erg makkelijk, het is een erg schoon appartement en vooral de locatie is prachtig. Wij hebben hier een fijn verblijf gehad en ook de inrichting is allemaal mooi vernieuwd en netjes, zonder aan de sfeer af te doen. Brake zelf is niet echt spannend.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir waren 3 Nächte in dieser wundervoll, eingerichteten Wohnung. Es fehlte an nichts, zu dem noch schöne Deko. Die Aussicht atemberaubend und so eine Stille am Wasser hab ich noch nie erlebt. Auf dem Balkon ist es einfach nur herrlich. Etwas mehr Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hätte ich mir gewünscht. Brake selbst gefiel mir nicht. Die Museen sind super aber der Ort selbst ist nicht so touristisch wie man es wo anders her kennt. Aber das ist ja Geschmacksache.

Wir sind als Familie mit 3 Teenagern für 4 Nächte in dieser bezaubernden Ferienwohnung geblieben. Besonders hat uns der Ausblick über die Weser gefallen. Wundervoll! Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung, perfekt zum erholen. Außerdem ist sie mit allem Notwendigen gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
