They gave me a room with someone already in it first. I was 10 minuts late for breakfast so i dudnt eat. Not very clean and kind of broken down.

Hot tub was nice. Went into the pool and felt like an ice bath. Pool closed at 11 and went to go back into it at 10 and he already closed it for the night

Gangland now

Front desk doesn’t look up reservations, you have to help him. Violent criminal element allowed to stay after complaints of menacing in the parking lot by several guests to pick fights at random

Moldy smell

The room smelled like mold and I had him put us in a different room. That one smelled better until I moved the side table to plug in my phone. That one smelled like mold too. I don’t know if they had a flood of some sort and it got below the flooring the put in there but it was terrible. Place needs to be redone. I had a room for people with dogs so IDK if the other rooms were better but two of the double queen rooms, pet friendly were terrible.

I didn't even get to stay there!!! I did my reservation early in the week and you people said there was a room available there. After I booked it I didn't get any communication from you at all that there was a problem. On late Saturday morning (the day we were supposed to check in) I got a call from the motel saying they had NO ROOMS!!!! Not a room at all. So obviously I didn't get to stay there. After scrambling to get another room, fortunately we found another hotel. Needless to say I will NEVER book anything through your site again!!

I had a room booked for several months, the man called me twice regarding my stay and asked if I was still coming because he had others that were wanting to stay and proceeded to call me at 10a the day of. (Mind you check in is not till 3pm) I told HIM multiple times we are in the area for races and it would be evening that we would check in. We got there about 9:30p exhausted and tired. Needless to say this man gave away our room to someone else!!! After he was told we will be there multiple times! I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone! And I will never go back. Thank goodness we were able to find an air BNB online and drive another 20mins. For the record the air BNB was amazing! Very clean and friendly when times are tough.

Not well kept

We waited for a good 5 minutes before getting checked into the room. The walls and floors in the room were dirty. The beds were not comfortable and the shower head made a loud squealing noise when the hot water was running. The pool was freezing cold and looked like it has not been cleaned or had regular maintenance down. The hot tub was dirty and Luke warm. The breakfast consisted of stale cereal frosted flakes or fruit loops, breads, bagels, and some bite sizes muffins. I ended my stay early and he would not give me a refund for the night I did not stay.
