We stayed in the family suite, it wad adorable! Great size for a big family and great views. Especially enjoyed the fireplace considering how cold it was! The lobby had great charm and was very inviting to sit and have your coffee or a hot chocolate.

Room was clean and comfortable, but there was only one chair in the room. It would've been good to have two. Setting up my laptop MacBook to use was difficult and the desk clerks didn't know what to do. Another registering person was able to help. Strange, I thought, since Macs are very popular. Registering online was a tiresome process. Otherwise the room was OK, employees very nice people. Surveys are becoming a real nuisance.

Mixed feelings

The staff was great, from check in toncheck out, they were great. The only issue we had was that we both woke up pretty stiff, the bed seemed pretty comfortable when I sat on the end ,but when we went to sleep the bed was hard and not particularly comfortable.
