I called the hotel saying I was running late. I was coming from SD, and it was about 7 hours of driving. I got here and couldn't find my reservation because I was counted as a no show.

We had an excellent stay, the hotel was clean, the beds comfortable, a full hot breakfast was provided which was great! We didn’t have time to use the pool area but we did stop by. It was clean and the water felt warm. The people on staff were helpful and polite upon checking in and checking out. Price was very reasonable too, this hotel was a gem!

During check in the front desk staff gave us the wrong room key, thank goodness it didn't work because the room was occupied. The staff during checkout was nice. The beds were comfortable and sheets looked clean, but the bathroom was covered in hair so we neglected to use the shower which made for a long 4 hour drive back home the next day. There was also children running around the whole building that evening and a few of them would knock on our room door then run away- happened three times before we left for a few hours that night.

After entering through the non illuminated parking lot and front entry I went to the front desk. I rang the bell for service no one came. After a minute or so I noticed a phone that said dial 1 for service. I called and a woman came out and checked me in. Extremely unimpressed by this hotel. I’ve stayed here for business here and there over the years and it has gone down hill.
Not one single light on in the parking lot, nor was the big sign lit up by the highway. Even the light at the entrance was off. Very unsafe.

The first night we stayed in our ground floor room, some bakery truck outside in the parking lot ran their generator ALL NIGHT. The deep droning was so loud it made sleeping difficult. I understand they had to protect their products but to be allowed to park so close to the building is questionable.

The room needed a comfortable chair and another bedside table. But it was a nice clean room and the staff were nice and friendly
