It was a good stay in Braga with well-equipped, clean and spacious rooms. Check in process was slightly odd in that key card was left under a folder at reception. I didn't see a single member of staff during my stay and thankfully there were no issues. Communication was limited through WhatsApp and I am not confident that things would have been quickly resolved. Very central location and close to train/bus stations.

Room was clean, location is excellent, convenient to must see places and to restaurants. Neighborhood is very quiet, safe and the people in the neighborhood are polite. Has two neighborhood grocery stores. There’s no noise in the building or outside. Easy check in and out. Some suggestions and observations: It would be nice if you can provide knives for cutting fruits, coffee maker not working, hot water kettle is working but leaky. Need to check appliances for the next tenant. Overall our stay was excellent and I would highly recommend this place to stay in Braga. We would definitely stay there again.
