Recently refreshed with newly remodeled floors and thoughtful updates throughout, our charming 2-bedroom cottage is designed to feel warm, welcoming, and effortlessly relaxing from the moment you arrive.

With 50 feet of level lakefront, a private dock, and breathtaking sunset views, Lazy Days is the perfect place to slow down and reconnect—whether you’re here with family, friends, or for a peaceful getaway.

Start your mornings on the covered patio, wrapped in a blanket with a warm cup of coffee or tea, as the lake gently comes to life around you. Spend your days exactly how you like—lounging by the water, fishing off the dock, kayaking, paddleboarding, or exploring the beauty of the Finger Lakes region.

A short drive brings you to the Keuka Lake Wine Trail, Seneca Lake Wine Trail, local craft breweries, and the stunning waterfalls of Watkins Glen State Park.

Visiting for race weekend? We’re conveniently located near Watkins Glen International Speedway, making us an easy and relaxing home base.

Inside, you’ll find comfort in every corner:
The master bedroom features a king bed, half bath, and beautiful lake views, with sliding doors that open right onto the patio—perfect for quiet morning moments.

The second bedroom offers a spacious retreat with a queen bed and extra room for a pack-and-play or air mattress (both provided).

The newly updated living room includes a cozy pull-out sofa (sleeps 2), a recliner, and an electric fireplace—ideal for unwinding after a full day.

The kitchen, centered around a large butcher block island, is fully stocked and ready for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners.

The dining area comfortably seats six, with additional seating at the island—perfect for meals, games, and late-night conversations.

Smart TVs are available in each bedroom and the living room, and air conditioning keeps things comfortable in the warmer months.

Whether you’re here to explore or simply stay put, Lazy Days has something for everyone—swim from the steps (water shoes recommended), bring your boat, or just relax and take in the peaceful surroundings.

There are three exterior security cameras on the property, all positioned to monitor the exterior only. They are not intended to view guest spaces, but simply help us stay aware of any issues or deliveries while the home is unoccupied.
