Great house for a Florida visit.

We are local but enjoyed our stay. The property is in close proximity to some of the better aspects of manatee county.

So very bad 👎

My family and I are very disappointed with this house, when we arrived and entered the house we were shocked by what we saw, the photo on the website and the reality are completely different. In reality, everything is very old and has an unpleasant smell, dirty in the corners and chandeliers, cobwebs on the bed under the blanket, someone's hair. Although the photo shows that everything in the bathroom is new and well-done, in reality it looks like children did it anyway. There is actually no garage, there is only a door, although there is one in the photo. The Street itself looks dangerously like the worst neighborhoods in America. In the neighborhood opposite, people have an auto workshop at home. A lot of all kinds of people come there, my child was afraid to go outside, even the fence to the backyard was broken so that anyone could easily enter. We didn't stay there, we found a different accommodation, so our vacation cost us twice as much. I want to warn everyone, no one returned our money, they didn't even want to listen, they said that this is their policy. Do not order this house if you do not want to lose your money. OUR FIRST DAYS WERE BAD. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Quaint, comfortable, clean and easy for young family!

This was the perfect place for our needs. The pool was a good temperature for the age range of our grandkids. Might be considered too small for some but we loved it. Our one grandson learned to swim without a life jacket. Close enough to beaches so we spent 3-5 hours at the ocean every day but had time for others to swim when the youngest needed a nap and we headed back to the house. The host responded immediately when we had questions about the Pack-n-play. Everything was comfortable, clean, and easy.
