Whether you are looking for a family-friendly vacation, winter getaway, IMG Academy visit, romantic retreat or you just want to relax and enjoy the Florida sun on the award-winning Gulf Coast beaches, then this condo might just be the right fit for you. This luxurious, beautifully renovated and fully-equipped lakefront condo is located on the 2nd floor of a two-story building situated in Shorewalk, one of the most popular communities in Bradenton, Florida. Known for its resort-style amenities, including 2 heated outdoor pools/ jacuzzis, 2 lighted tennis courts, fully staffed clubhouse, billiard room, shuffleboard and outdoor BBQ grills.  Upon entry, you will find an open-split floor plan. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to make a quick snack or full-course meal. The oversized living room is a great place to relax and watch your favorite TV show or enjoy a movie on the 65” flat screen TV. The living room opens up to the screened lanai where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink while taking in the lake view. The guest room features a queen-size bed with a twin bunk, flat screen TV, dresser and full-size closet. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, flat screen TV  and ensuite bathroom complete with walk-in closet and shower.

Perfect IMG Location

Nice quiet condo close to beaches

This was a great property for us. We enjoy the beaches nearby and like Returning to a clean comfortable quiet condo. The pools were great when we weren’t at the beach and Publix is within walking distance as well as ALDIs. We will be returning to this location.

Beautifully appointed

We really enjoyed our stay at Shorewalk. The condo is spacious, modern and beautifully appointed, with the grounds and amenities (2 pools, 2 tennis courts) being superbly maintained. Everything about Shorewalk was excellent. The team at Seabreeze really went the extra mile to make sure our vacation was amazing.

Loved the condo and the onsite Pools and hot tub. We have stayed at Shorewalk a number of times over the last 5 years and this was the best condo. We loved the pool towels provided and the queen bed with Twin over was a bonus for our group. The check in process was easy and we wer able to check in early.We will be back!

Bradenton condo

Over all, the condo was exactly as pictured. We enjoyed our stay. The pools were especially nice and made for some very relaxing days. I think an extra dish towel for the kitchen was needed. I reported the entry hall light as not working. Location was very close to groceries and shopping.

Beautiful Condo

My daughter and I stayed here recently for her spring break. We were about 20 minutes from the beach, with traffic. The condo is well stocked, we were grateful to have beach chairs, pool noodles and a cooler. The condo itself is very nicely furnished and comfortable. It was quiet and the pool at the complex was great. There is a Publix super close. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will return.

Love this Condo

We had a great vacation this condo is amazing and recently updated. There is not a single thing we would change everything is of the highest quality. There is a large Samsung Smart TV is every room. This condo is not the cheapest but offers excellent value, the towels and sheets provided are of the highest quality.
