Welcome to Parrot Landing, a relaxed Old Florida-style retreat just minutes from the beaches of Anna Maria Island. Tucked near Cortez, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is designed for families and groups who want space, comfort, and easy access to the Gulf Coast lifestyle.

Inside, you’ll find an open living area with comfortable seating, smart TVs, and plenty of room to gather. The layout works especially well for families, with flexible sleeping spaces and a relaxed, easygoing flow ...throughout the home.

Step outside and the property opens into a private tropical escape. Enjoy a heated pool (optional), shaded lounging areas, and a full outdoor cooking setup featuring a gas grill, Big Green Egg, and smoker. A large picnic table makes group meals easy and memorable under the Florida sky.

House was great, when we first pulled in we were not sure but it ended up being a nice little neighborhood, only a few mintutes from the beach. We rented a golf cart and were able to drive it back and forth from the beach each day! Over all we would recommend it and would stay there again!
