Fully renovated 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhome nestled in a quiet, gated community in Bradenton between I-75 and some of the best beaches in the country.

My townhome features 2 bedrooms (queen size) with en suite bathrooms. Beds are queen size.

Amenities in the neighborhood include: large heated pool, tennis and basketball courts, playground, volleyball area, sport field, and designated parking spot steps away from the front door. Non-numbered guest parking is also available.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. Perfect Location

The condo was extremely clean and well furnished. The host was very easily contacted and replied promptly. The property has access to a community pool that was very large and well-kept, along with a small playground. Overall, a wonderful stay and I would use it again if in the area.

Cozy Condo

We were in Florida to visit family in Lakewood Ranch. The condo was perfect. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. The pool is large and not crowded. It is a short and easy walk from the condo. We definitely would recommend this place.
