The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at home, with a full range of appliances and space to cook together. A dining table brings everyone together for shared meals, morning coffee, or evening conversations. For outdoor cooking, barbecue utensils and a BBQ grill make it easy to enjoy meals outside.

Outdoor living
Step into the screened-in backyard where you’ll find a pool, outdoor furniture, and a dedicated outdoor dining area. The backyard also features a mini-putt green, adding a playful touch to your stay. A patio or balcony space provides a comfortable spot to relax, read, or spend time together in the fresh air. Beach essentials are available for days spent along the nearby shoreline.

Comfort & convenience
The home includes air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans to keep the space comfortable. A washer and dryer are available, along with bathroom essentials. For entertainment and connection, enjoy Wifi, an Ethernet connection, a TV, and board games. A dedicated workspace offers a quiet area for remote work or catching up on emails.

Family-friendly features
Traveling with little ones is made easier with a Pack ’n play/Travel crib and a single-level layout with no stairs throughout the home.

Parking & access
Guests have a private entrance and access to free parking on premises, along with free street parking. The property is easy to access and move through, with all living spaces on one level.

Located in a peaceful area of Bradenton, the home places you within easy reach of the region’s highlights. Anna Maria Island’s beaches are about 20 minutes away, while downtown Bradenton and the Village of the Arts offer local shops, galleries, and dining. Outdoor destinations like Robinson Preserve and DeSoto National Memorial Park provide opportunities for exploring nature, while nearby attractions and easy access to Sarasota make it simple to experience the surrounding area.

No smoking inside: $500 fee for violations.
Maximum of 2pets allowed with total of 40pounds and with an extra charge of $50 per pet per day
Registered guests only: No unregistered visitors ($50 per person fee).
No parties or large gatherings: $500 fee; violations may result in cancellation with no refund.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM, please respect neighbors.
Damages or missing items: Guests responsible for costs.
No underage drinking.
