VRBO Bradenton Comments and observations from guests1 /22-1/25/25Burn marks on kitchen floor and kitchen table Wet bath towels upon arrival. Some towels needed replacement due to stains No beach towels or kitchen towelsNo soaps, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, garbage bags. No top sheets on beds Master bath sink cloggedBroken chairs on deck Garbage in garage piled in corner (beach toys)Outside not tidy. Broken beach toys in yard No house book with information on what to do/house rules etc. Cleaning staff didn’t leave until 5House was clean but amenities needed improvements. Reached out to host about partial refund with no response.

The host sent the check in instructions right away and said please let him know if we needed anything to make our stay more pleasant. The rental is very spacious with nice comfortable furnishings. The kitchen is well apointed to cook and serve meals. We really enjoyed the pool and spa. I really felt like we were staying in a tropical paradise. We would absolutely recommend and also rent this again.

Great home in an amazing neighborhood and location. Close enough to everything (only minutes away from all the beaches on Anna Maria Island, restaurants, shopping, etc.) but far enough away for privacy as well. The pool and jacuzzi were great additions when just wanting to relax and beat the crowds. We will definitely be back to stay at this property again!
