Welcome to our home in Fair Lanes Acres, a 55+ Community located in West Bradenton. The property is only 13 miles away from the soft white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key & Longboat Key, as well as 7 miles from 3 golf courses and the Sarasota / Bradenton Int. Airport.

Amenities include a heated community pool, pickle ball and bocce ball courts and shuffle board. All amenities are free.

Fair Lane Acres is in a great location to take advantage of everything that Sarasota and Bradenton have to offer. In addition to strolling the beach or biking on the island, you can enjoy all of the cultural activities, shops and great restaurants in the area.

The Property is ideally situated close to all Shops, Restaurants, Bars and local amenities. Water sports are close by, from Kayaking to Jet Ski rentals.

Sarasota also offers the Ringling Museum of Art, Mote Marine Aquarium and a host of other activities. For Beaches, Siesta Key is always worth a visit. Each year, Siesta Key Beach is crowned the beach with the World's Whitest Sand.

The house was very nice, bedroom was pretty small

The house was very nice, but bedroom was very small. We had trouble with tv and getting stations we wanted to watch. Was misleading, said 55 & over community and no pets. Well got there and found out just this rental was over 55 and no pets, lots of people with pets and quite a few residents were under 55. Pool was great, very warm and clean, great club house for activities. All in all good.

Home away from home

I stayed for an extended stay, place was located right in the heart of everything you need. Manager was great at communication and had all things needed for a stay. Highly recommend
