Host was very responsive and had all house perfume unplugged/removed well before we arrived, as requested suddenly at last minute. We didn't really use any amenities, just spent the night. It worked for all.

Curb appear is poor with this house. The front yard trees were not trimmed and over-grown. The yard was a mixture of sand, grass, and weeds as if no one decided on lawn care. The front porch was dirt and no way inviting to sit at. The water hose was tangled and laying out across the yard. The back yard was the same as a mixture of sand, grass, and weeds. Again, lacking lawn care. The kitchen trash can was so smelly (even though no trash was in it), that we placed it in the garage. Within the middle of the garage, there is an inflatable swimming pool that is an absolute turn off to use. Within the add-on living room/florida room, one of the windows don't shut completely, and there is a mud-dobber wasp nest. A wasp flew into the home, but so long as the curtain remain closed, they stayed to themselves. At the master bedroom, the light switch panel hung off the wall. And all three bedrooms smelled like cigarette smoke. I am not pleased with my stayed at this house.
