BEWARE!!! The property had LONG TERM RENTERS in it when we arrived!

BEWARE!!!! Horrible experience!!! We arrived at this property with our entire family only to find it had long term renters living in it! We had received our check in email for the property the day before, I had messaged the owner that morning asking if there was anything further we needed to know before our arrival and she did not respond. When we arrived at 10:30pm to find this nightmare the current renters called her as she would not respond to my calls or messages and she told them she had cancelled our stay, which of course was a lie! It has been 3 days since this happened and still the owner has not responded to any communication. We book all of our vacation stays through VRBO and have always had great experiences until now. VRBO was good to deal with and did work with us to find a hotel for our 2 night stay. With this area being so busy it did take a group effort between VRBO and myself 2 hours to find accommodations for us.
