The unit is located next to rec hall 1 with pool, exercise room, sauna, pool table and more. This unit also comes with one covered parking space. No Smoking, No Pets, 90 day minimum stay and all renters must be approved by the condo association prior to renting.

Enjoyed Bradenton. Wendy was easy to work with. It took over 2 months to know we were approved by property managers and we did not get approval notification from them, only word of mouth from Wendy.

Basic Needs Met

Be sure to read the 3 month minimum stay requirement, the 55+ age requirement, and the extra charge for internet. Somewhat difficult to book due to local property management application and timeliness of processing it. Wendy was great to work with. Space could use some updating.
