Excellent Location!

We rented 2 condo's - both were emasculate - completely refurbished, clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed meals at both condos, played games, and watched TV as a family. The location to the beach is insane! The location made it so easy to go to the beach, back to the pool, and back to the condo when needed.

This was a very nice condo. Clean and well kept. Very close to the beach and to the pool. Location was everything we wanted. Walking distance to restaurants and the heart of town. Great food, great people. Will be returning!

Great location

Great location, close to the beach, pool available but so many strict rules for kids you couldn’t have a floating toys, ball ect technically not enjoyable for kids . Apartment was ok little bit dated when it comes to furniture and decor. Kitchen had everything you need it. Property management company great fast responding overall good customer service.

Amazing Stay!

Our stay with SeaBreeze was seamless! The communication and punctuality to any issues or questions that arose. From booking, to staying, to checking out was such a breeze! 🙂 The only thing I wish was different was the pool staying open later than 8:00pm. Having the pool open until 10:00pm would be more reasonably to me! (And everyone who was at the pool agreed.) Aside from that, we had an amazing stay!

The unit we stayed in was 112. We were initially booked on Fort Myers's so we had to look for somewhere else last minute. We were delighted with our accommodation, so well equipped with beach furniture and so close to the beach. We have had a truly relaxing holiday and hope to return next year. We would use Seabreeze again as our small issue was sorted so quick, excellent customer service and the rate was very reasonable.

Perfect location to pool & beach & appropriate stay for 4Lb no shedding dog.

No need to have codes to do everything made me feel the area was unsafe? Back sliding glass door onto patio sticks & was hard to open. The ceiling light over the dining rm table didn’t work just the fan. Was very ashamed the dryer handle had been broke & was replaced w/ homemade wires to open & close the dryer door. No floats or pool tools. Why? Our 2nd day there we received a call from the “Sea Breeze Police”. About not having our Guest tag hanging from our car back mirror. My husband saw the man write a ticket & he was out walking our dog so he told him we just forgot & he put it up immediately. He said “No problem”. But later we get the call from Sea Breeze that if our tag was not in place again you would tow our car. I guess much of this seemed petty & distracted us from enjoying a long hard earned vacation. I grew up coming to Run Away Bay when on older gentlemen ran it. There were not all these codes & rules & we really have wonderful memories back then. We won’t be coming back to Run Away Bay again nor deal w/ Sea Breeze Vacations again it’s too easy to blame the HOA on everything but never get to speak to the owner of the unit we stayed in?
