great to have both a pool and a hot tub, especially for a couple of cold weather days. Beds comfortable. Sleeps 7 but only seats 5 in living room - needs more furniture! And more cookware. Nice to have the separate deck are for the master bedroom/grandparent getaway (in our case). Easy walk to beach and playground with pickleball & basketball courts. Appreciated beach and pool toys too
