The location was amazing. We were able to rent a boat and dock it at the house and walk a couple minutes out the front door and your at the beach. The house was very clean and organized and the company was extremely responsive with any requests we had. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the property to friends.

The home was very clean and as depicted in the photos. Lots of space for our family of 15! We thoroughly enjoyed our Family Vacation. The kids loved the pool! The host was responsive to our issues (we ran out of propane - no big deal). Highly recommend this home to big families.

Sheets were pillling and a few stains present in master. The "starter sets" were minimal at best. More towels need to be stocked for a home this size. For price of house, toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, and spices should be included. Two rolls per bathroom for one week is not sufficient.

We really enjoyed our stay. There were 13 of us, 9 adults and 4 kids. The house was just the right size. It’s on the bay which was super convenient for fishing. The beach is super close, I think we walked past 3 houses to get there. The house is about 0.6 miles to Bridge street, a great place for ice cream, drinks, dinner, and shopping. Not a bad walk, but there is also paid parking available. The kitchen is well equipped and has just about everything you need. Since we had a big group, we brought our own kuerig machine for k-cups. It was a good idea since the house only has a regular coffee maker. There are plenty of bath towels and beach towels. The house has beach chairs, but just a few so bringing more is advised. The water slide was an hit with the kids and the pool and hot tub were an hit. Beautiful sunsets from the roof porch too. Overall I would recommend this place and would stay here again. The location is very convenient and close to all the necessities for a family/ friends beach vacation.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The sunrises and sunsets were incredible from this house!! The house sits on the bayside so we were able to rent a boat and have it delivered to our dock. That was a great feature! We also were able to walk or ride the golf cart to the beach which was so convenient! The grandkids loved the pool, hot tub and slide. Even the grownups had a ton of fun in the pool and slide! Communication with the host from start to finish was excellent. We had issues with our pool and the master bathroom toilet and the plumber and pool guy came out to fix it the morning after we arrived. The bedrooms were nice sized and the kids loved the bunk beds. Plenty of room for 11 of us! Since there were 4 children under 6, we ate most of our meals at the house. The kitchen was fully stocked which was great. The only suggestion I would make is to replace the stove/oven. It’s a bit archaic in design and functionality. Otherwise a truly wonderful home and vacation!! I would definitely recommend this VRBO to everyone.

What an unforgettable stay with our extended family - sons, daughter-in-laws and grands - this home was absolutely perfect for us! The house offered plenty of space so everyone could spread out comfortably yet the open areas made it easy to gather for meals, games, chats, laughs and making precious memories. The location couldn’t be better - a short walk to the beach while also being right on the bay for water watching (including dolphins) and gorgeous sunrises on multiple balconies. The highlight for the kids (and grown-ups!) was the infinity pool with a hot tub and slide. It seemed like our own private resort! Everything was clean, well-stocked and perfectly designed for families. Our host was so welcoming and responsive with customer support. We made forever memories we’ll treasure for a lifetime. Our grands declared it “Best Spring Break Ever”! We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a beautiful, spacious, and fun-filled family retreat!

Great house, great location

This is a beautiful house located directly on Sarasota Bay but a short 5 minute walk to Bradenton Beach, which is lovely. The house is beautifully decorated with neutral colors and has a fully stocked kitchen. It was very comfortable for our group and we all enjoyed the beautiful sunrises in the morning. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous!!

This property is fantastic. We are not your typical group who would be renting a large beach house (we are all adults in late forties, early 50s) - but we wanted to do something special for my husband's big birthday. This wonderful place certainly fit the bill! It is open, clean, with lots of great light, fantastic bedrooms and bathrooms, and amazing outdoor spaces. The balconies and dock are terrific, and it is a 3 minute walk to the beach, which was so convenient and lovely.

Very nice house and location , beautiful sun rise.

House is very clean and have nice size rooms, beautiful sun rise in the morning. short walk to beautiful beach for sun set. only down side is the parking , only 3 cars allowed ( for a 18 people house), and garage can only fit a large SUV and a mid size SUV ( but can't even open the back after you parked). Shampoo and body wash is only one day supply( small hotel size bottle) so bring your own .

Great location, very clean, we loved the jacuzzi but would rather prefer a swimming pool. Lot of fishing and great views from every single room at the property. Our only negative was the air conditioning not working properly at the first floor, temperature was hold on 72 and was impossible to raise it. And internet and TV not always working on the 2nd floor. But again, minor issues. Great and highly recomemded property.

Perfect location with many rooms and bathrooms!

This is our second time staying at this house. The price was much higher this time around, but we love the layout and the location so much we had to return. Having so many rooms with private bathrooms, yet also a couple for sharing is fantastic! The bunk room is great for the kids and so cozy! Two sets of washers/dryers is also great. Wonderful garage space, covered porches, and sun porch way up high are also amazing. There isn't a screened porch so bring bug spray. Beach is a short walk and there are sidewalks on the main road to walk to the cute little downtown area. Sunsets are breathtaking on the beach. We fished from the dock (didn't have much luck) and also rented kayaks from a local place and took them out a lot. Thankful our dogs could come! The new pool is fantastic (although we had trouble figuring out how to get the pool to heat - pump has to be running and the way to adjust that is not easy to find). We loved the slide and the place to sit in the shallow water. The room with the AC just outside is loud. Neighbors left their pool lights in "party mode" all night so the master bedroom changed colors every 30 seconds all night so bring an eye mask and ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Cords in dining area when shades are open are very long and in a loop so keep an eye on young children around them. Grass is artificial-watch out for nails sticking up! We had a couple issues that were fixed promptly by management. We will return!

Great home close and convenient to beach and bay for pretty views!

The property itself was perfect for what we needed. Great for fishing out back, swimming and a super easy walk to the beach. Kids of all ages were entertained. There were two main factors in my lower review- 1. For a large home that accommodates many people, the kitchen needs to be stocked better. Only two very small baking pans. The mixer is not strong enough to blend mixed drinks, not enough silverware, and overall needs some additional items for a large family that’s cooking meals in. If you don’t cook dinners, or want fun drinks, you’ll be ok. 2. The management company started out great, but the hot tub didn’t work since day one. We let them know immediately upon arrival. They would send out a tech but wait two days, and then say it needed a vendor. The vendor came and stayed 2.5 seconds and said it worked. It didn’t. I repeatedly asked for them to send someone else back out, and they kept sending texts asking if I “turned it on”, or say “we’ll have someone there first thing in the morning”, and then nothing. They didn’t care, and by week end said “thanks for being patient on a busy week”. We were patient as they gave us no other choice. If the idea of a hot tub sounds great to relax in at night while watching the kids swim, do not book this home. The owners need to choose a different management company.

Memorial Day Vacay

What an outstanding VRBO rental on Anna Maria Island. There were 14 people in my family staying in this house for the long Memorial Day weekend. We were a bit nervous about if there was going to be enough space in the house. We were pleasantly surprised. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. The outdoor area was perfect especially the dock. The "pool" was a bit warm but it felt nice at night. We would HIGHLY recommend this house to other renters. AMILocal was a great rental company to work with. Thanks for a fantastic and very memorable stay.

Perfect Location for large family

The location was perfect. We loved the one block walk to beach, mike run to the state park, a few blocks from fun bars and restaurants. Our large group could come and go as they please. There were issues with the spa that were resolved 3 days in and some electrical stuff going on, but the issues were resolved and communication was good. I would strongly suggest getting return rides to airport in advance as getting of this key is challenging. You don’t need a car, bike rentals and local trolly get you where you need to go

Great Girls' Getaway!

The house was perfect for our annual girls getaway! It had plenty of room for 11 of us to sleep comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking in a few nights. The location of the house was ideal - beautiful views overlooking the bay and only a short walk to the beach. There were restaurant locations within walking distance as well! AMI locals was very helpful in lining up our bike rentals and sunset boat cruise. The jacuzzi pool was a big hit on those cooler days as well! We would definitely rent this property again!
