What a wonderful find in such a fabulous location to explore the beautiful town of Bracciano! The apartment is close to the train station which was great for us taking a day trip to Rome and not at all noisy to be nearby. Everywhere was in close walking distance - to the cafes, restaurants and the castle. The lake was a 15 minute walk (steep!). The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable and had a real home from home feel. We came as a family of four, with two young children and the apartment had everything we needed (including aircon!). We couldn’t have asked for more from the accommodation or the host - thank you Guilia for being so welcoming and helping us make holiday with a one and five year old as smooth as possible! We look forward to seeing you again next year!

We spent 8 nights in the apartment. The location is ideal due to the proximity of the train, which runs regularly, making it possible to manage without a car. It takes about an hour to reach Rome by train, and the lake is just a 10-minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and cafes in the area, and the castle is a short walk away. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very tastefully decorated. It featured a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine, and air conditioning—everything was exactly as described. I also highly recommend it because of the host; communication with Giulia was excellent and prompt, and she was very helpful with everything related to our stay. It was a lovely touch that she picked up our entire group directly from the train station. I warmly recommend it.
