Hotel was away from the main town and its not walkable to anywhere so you will need a car. Staff were friendly and Gym and pool were lovely but hotel overlooks car park and some sort of yard but the room was tidy, breakfast was sparse.

The Inn was clean, quiet, and had great amenities. The continental breakfast was from 6:30-10:00 and provided excellent choices. The free laundry was a bonus I didn’t expect. The hospitality of the front desk was top notch.

The lobby is gorgeous. The pool is warm with extended hours. The staff does the room daily which is not common nowadays. The breakfast starts at 6 am which is convenient so we can reach Yellowstone early.

Don’t be fooled by the hotel lobby

Hotel room was very drab and dark. It is definitely a dated hotel and needs a refresh. We had to go to the front desk and request toilet paper and Kleenex, as there was not enough in our room for the night. The coffee pot was full of water, which is understandable since it didn’t work. There are also little tiny brown bugs flying around in the room. It was relatively clean.

Stay great, Facility great, BigSkyResort horrible

Stay and the on site staff were wonderful. The follow up post stay was anominable. Trying to get a receipt of stay has cost me an hour of my tine without resolution. Be careful with BigSkyResorts. Rude telephone staff and no interpersonal skills.
