Room and entire property were well maintained. Pool area and water were clean. Extra towels for pool at the front desk so you don't have to use your room towels. Staff were great. Nice restaurant down the road recommended by desk clerk. We will stay here again if we pass through.

It had a great air conditioner with a steady fan hum which drowned out any train noise, as it was across the street from busy tracks. Was close to a historic downtown area which was lovely to explore and we had missed on prior visits.to Livingston. We got a room with a pullout sofa bed and had a table and chairs and felt homey. Did not like getting contact high from the weed smoking happening below the room... only smelled outside though. Had benches in front of the rooms for my smoker friend to use and enjoy the mountain views.

Hairs in the shower. AC in original room blowing warm air. Moved to another room, went to eat, returned and room still hot. Washed the filter which was FULL of dust and dirt. After 10 PM so no staff available. Took until after 4AM to get to a temp that supported sleep only to get up at 7AM to leave. Would not recommend.

Old fashion hotel, not much in amenities but convenient location, clean and friendly staff. We werent there to play at a hotel, we were there to visit family.
