Amazing pool and slide, kids loved it! We are family of 5, 2 out of 3 kids are teenagers, so we booked the suite, and photo shows a sofa bed when I made the reservation. However it was NO sofa bed when I checked in, the front desk offered the single rolled up bed after, it's very troublesome for us. The front desk also only gave it out ONE room key, it was very inconvenient for family like us, so I asked again, the front desk said they had to wait until the next morning to have more card keys. BUT when my husband asked for it, he got one. Why is that?

The room itself was new and clean, the fan ran really well and I slept great. Service at the front desk was great, staff helped me with the laundry units and were courteous overall. A big downside is there are homeless, possibly drug-using people surrounding the property and lounging around on the curbs and even in the grass surrounding the hotel, all day and night. I saw two in the grass, together smoking some kind of pipe, and others were passed out in run down cars with the car doors wide open. They seemed harmless, but it was really annoying. I'd imagine some families with kids would not prefer being around that when choosing which hotel to stay. Also the 2nd floor hallways seemed to completely lack AC, very hot musty air, and the walls were in process of being painted or renovated. This wasn't a huge problem for me but just something to be aware of.

The pictures didnt match where we stayed. It was definitely an older hotel. The front desk clerk said it was just obtained. The breakfast options were very little. But the bed was soft and the room was clean

The hotel was nice, basic breakfast. Rooms are large, and very clean. Pillows are too thick and fluffy to be comfy. Area around the hotel doesn’t feel safe, lots of sketchy people and very dirty.

Do not recommend

The area is sketchy, there were several doped up homeless people laying around in the grass around the hotel. It was the first hotel I’ve been to that tells you there is no “cooking “ in the rooms. And they don’t need your plate number just make model and color of your vehicle so if your car alarm goes off they can call you. No sleep was had that night.
