Access is through separate entrance, and you will have direct access to a backyard oasis where you can sunbathe, sip on a cocktail, nap in the hammock and enjoy a relaxing evening by the firepit! Hot tub and pool is also accessible.

This location can't be beat! You are 1 mile away from beautiful Atlantic beaches, restaurants, shopping, nightlife, parks, museum, library, post office. As you will be just a short bike/walk to the beach, bike/s and beach gear can be provided by request for your enjoyment. Boogie board/kayak/surf/parasail in the ocean, fish off of the pier! If fishing or cruising in the ocean/intercoastal is your cup of tea, let us know! We can take you out on a beautiful boat ride for an extra fee.

My winter stay

I stayed 3 months Jan, Feb, March of 2022. I must say everything was perfect! Any question I had Peter was attentive immediately. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The property was very clean. I will definitely come back and I highly recommend this property.
