The house is super cute and was very clean. The outside pictures need to be updated as they are not accurate. I would definitely recommend this cute home. We had a great time.

Wife & I stayed for one week. Unit was clean, & well-stocked. Absolutely priceless proximity to beach! Altho a slight ‘musty smell’ , owner had dehumidifier/air circulated already in place & ‘on’. Owner Greg was pleasure, answered questions promptly & even came over to address a shower- door issue. The only negative is that it’s advertised as a 2-bedroom. Not really, since the 2nd full bed is in the TV room that has a couch too ….. Master bed residents have to walk thru the “tv room” to access bathroom. No problem for me & wife, as we did not have visitors. Perfect for family with kids!!! But NOT if you’re looking to split the unit with another adult couple. But, we LOVED our stay! Felt like royal beach-Nik’s!

The location of this property is excellent and very convenient. The air conditioning worked well, the main bed was comfortable, and the TV programming options were good. However, the overall condition of the home and amenities were significantly below what is represented in the listing photos. The outdoor white dining set and the rattan furniture set pictured where both no longer present. The back patio and shower were covered in black mold. The furniture set in the vestibule has mismatched, worn and stained cushions that did not reflect the advertised standard. The landscaping and overall presentation were noticeably neglected compared to the listing images.Upon arrival, we found the kitchen smoke detector was sitting in pieces on top of the cabinets. That was repaired the next day after we reported it, and pest control was sent out as well. While those specific issues were addressed, there were several additional maintenance concerns, including damaged shower doors, non-functioning fan remotes, and other signs of deferred upkeep. This was not simply a minor maintenance oversight — the property’s current condition does not align with the photos used to market it. VRBO ultimately provided a partial credit after reviewing the discrepancies.If location is your only priority, this property may still work. If you are booking based on the appearance and condition shown in the listing, I would strongly recommend requesting updated, current photos before reserving.

Great little cottage in the most amazing location. The property is located between Gulfstream and Ocean Ridge and very convenient to the causeway to Publix, Starbucks and great restaurants like Sushi Simon only 1.5 miles away. The gorgeous beach and ocean are a quick walk down a path. The beds are comfortable. Updates include a newer kitchen and LVP flooring. The cottage was squeaky clean upon arrival and everything worked. I would stay again.
