The rooms are very spacious. The kitchen easily flows to dining/family room for entertainment. Living room has separate TV for those that want some quiet time plus sleeper sofa and recliner. Primary suite (California king and walk in shower) is located off the family room( sleeper sofa, large screen smart TV) ,while the other 2 rooms queen beds and guest bathroom) are off the living room area. There is a working station off the kitchen. The laundry room is located inside by the family room. There is one shared wall for guest suite. Can be rented as well if more space is needed for larger family and available. It has its own private entrance and patio. The Location can't be beat. Home is on Boynton/ Delray line and 1 mile from ocean. Ocean breezes can be felt from the yard. Closest beach access is 2 miles away. 10 minutes to Downtown Delray and 10 minutes to Lake worth Downtown. Home is about 20 minutes from PBA and 45 minutes from FT Lauderdale airport. Very centric location in a very quiet, well- established neighborhood. It is close to train tracks and you will hear the trains passing. Home backs up to a nature preserve which has a nice walking path. Pergola, fire pit and grill in backyard. Room for 2 cars in driveway.
