Really good spot, but could be better

The house was great for our family, with plenty of space, nicely appointed rooms, and a fantastic backyard. The house and property were well-kept and clean, and my kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The only reason for 4 stars is the extremely high host fee ($599) and the fact that they don't provide any body soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, or welcome package. A tiny investment back in the guest's experience would go a long way.
