Located yards from the Mountain Villa outdoor seasonal pool with Deer Lake just over the mountain. Tennis and pickleball courts right next to the condo building. Only a short walk to restaurants, bars, stores and Avalanche Bay waterpark. And, for your winter fun, almost ski in/ski out. Enjoy this condo, year-round!
