New to the 2025 Vacation Home Rental Program, managed by Northern Michigan Escapes. Experience Northern Michigan, in the beautiful Boyne City. We're just 1/2 mile to Downtown Boyne City, Avalanche Preserve Recreation Area and a few miles to Boyne Mountain Ski Resort.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood in Boyne City. When entering the home on the main level you will find a spacious living room and kitchen along with a main floor half bath. The side yard offers a new deck with seating for 6 to enjoy the summer breezes.
Heading to the upper level, you will find 2 bedrooms both with King beds and a full bathroom with soaking tub and separate walk in shower.
This home is a short walk to downtown Boyne City shops and beaches a well as biking, disc golfing and hiking at Avalanche Mountain Preserve. If you visit in the winter, AMP also offers great sledding for the kiddos and the kids at heart.
