In the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, induction cooktop, and oven, even preparing delicious meals will be a real treat for you. The adjoining living-dining area, with its large windows, offers plenty of space for a dining table, a cozy sofa, and a 55-inch TV with smart and satellite TV. In the suite, you can enjoy free Wi-Fi (up to 250 Mbit/s). A staircase leads you to the second level, which features a round window and a comfortable seating area.

The spacious bathroom offers a truly relaxing experience thanks to the rain shower. The heat pump installed in the house ensures efficient hot water production. It also powers the underfloor heating installed throughout the suite, providing pleasant warmth on cool days. For warm days, two air conditioners are available.

The two bedrooms offer enough space for up to four people. One of the bedrooms features a double bed with a view of the lake, while the other bedroom has two single beds. A special feature of the second bedroom is the built-in ladder leading to the second level. A large beanbag chair on this level adds to the cozy atmosphere. Both bedrooms, as well as the living-dining area, have their own access to the terrace.

You can enjoy balmy barbecue evenings and wonderful sunny hours on the terrace. It offers a stunning view of Lake Bärwalder and is equipped with a grill and patio furniture. For relaxation and wellness, wood-fired saunas and hot tubs with whirlpool functions are available at the neighboring vacation resort. The immediate proximity to the sandy beach lets you enjoy great swimming. In addition, Lake Bärwalder offers plenty of activities on and around the water. You can treat yourself to culinary delights at the Arche restaurant.
