the property had pet-friendly rooms. I was upgraded to a verandah room, which was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant's food was good. I didn't know about all the amenities until I was leaving - It would have been good to have been provided with a booklet with information on the property. I had a relaxing and comfortable stay.

The room was very clean however there was a lack of attention to detail in other areas. Eg we were given the wrong room and had to explain to reception the room we had booked wasn’t the one allocated, we didn’t get our water or biscuits replaced after housekeeping had been through and we found a used face washer in the shower.
