Nice location and easy getting anywhere.

We like the place very much. We walked 2 blocks to the beach and we were near great restaurants and fun sports. We enjoy the pool and even the outdoor bbq spot. My son also used the gym. Very convenient for a family of 4.

Lack of communication with the hosts. No one greeted us & so we had no info regarding garbage, towel exchanges, if the unit would be cleaned or when & check out procedure.The code for the laundry room didn't work & when we finally had access to it, discovered only 1 washer & 1 dryer worked. There was no internet for 1 full day. There was no warm water in the bathroom sinks & no cold or even cool water from the kitchen sink tap which also was very difficult to use. Our only communication with anyone was with the cleaning staff who didn't speak English. The cleaning lady did an excellent job of cleaning the unit but we were not expecting her. The kitchen was well stocked but a juice container would have been helpful. The frig was small & of very poor quality. The whole unit seemed cheaply put together. We will not stay there again & would not recommend it to any one.

Mis winter escape

Very clean and well appointed, new condo. 7 minute walk to eagle beach, a short drive to Palm Beach and the strip. The property manager was very helpful and attentive. Only issue we had was confusion about how to get the key. The manager was in the doctors office next door, however there was no mention of that previously. Andy

Very convenient to Eagle Beach! Each bedroom has its own bathroom so couples scan enjoy privacy. Good value and nice they have cleaning service too
