Vacation in this lovely home with relaxing neutral colors and lots of light. You can watch the sun and later the moon set into the ocean. It is a large private property with a secluded garden. Living room and front bedrooms have ocean views with modern reflective silicon ceilings. This guest house includes a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, clothes dryer, charcoal BBQ ( local store sells charcoal), and free use of snorkels, life jackets, a double kayak and two stand-up paddle boards (Use of aforementioned water equipment is 100% at users own risk ) Just 3 minutes away Is Agat Marina with both indoor and outdoor dining options. 5 minute walk away is a beachside playground. The owner can arrange to take you on one of her highly rated private boat tours close by.
