This lovely studio offers a cozy retreat for a couple or single with a fully equipped kitchen, a private outside terrace, and all the amenities you will need including wi-fi, airco, satellite TV, and BBQ gas grill. Private entrance and driveway. Great neighborhood for walking and amazing sunsets. We have 7 Red-footed tortoises in our garden and a lovely rescue dog named Daisy on the property!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at LimeTree Studio. We thought the location was convenient and loved the cute outdoor space. There was even a nice view of the sea from the covered area that was an unexpected surprise.Janet has organized a complete outline of things to do, places to shop, and restaurants to visit in the area and on the island in general. The parking area is gated and the place always felt secure and safe. We met Daisy and enjoyed her “hello”s dally. The bottle of wine she left us was a nice touch.Lastly, the value was simply unbeatable. I can’t stay in the States as reasonably. We would book here again in a second.

Paradise is real!

Books are often written about paradise. If you love the ocean, have an adventurous spirit, love to explore new cultures, then you found paradise at the lime tree studio in pelican Key Sint Maarten. Janet and Shag, are one of a kind hosts, that will open up their beautiful studio apartment above their home and treat you like family. They are warm, caring, and informative hosts, that responds in a timely manner to any and all questions that you may have. They will even provide you with a cup of milk or sugar if you run out for your morning, coffee! They’re beautiful rescue dog, Daisy, also provides, love and morning hugs as needed. The studio apartment is beautiful, charming, comes with an outdoor patio and your own hammock, what more does one need in Paradise. As a solo traveler, I found the accommodations to be a prime location for exploring the island, charming, safe, and exactly as advertised!Exceptional property! Five star rating!

Clean, comfortable and the price is right!

This property had everything I needed to make my stay in Sint Marten to crew in the Heineken Regatta. Very comfortable, very clean and in a safe neighborhood. Thanks so much for the great stay!

Nice studio

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 2 weeks. Has everything you will need. Washer and dryer so you don’t have to pack too heavy. The bbq was nice to have and the patio out back is very nice to relax. Breakfast out there every morning with Daisy. Her pup. The studio is perfect for two people. Clean and ready to go.

Lovely Lime Tree studio

I had a wonderful week long stay at the Lime Tree Studio. The space was just right for one person and the additional outdoor patio was a great additional space to hang and relax. While tucked away, it was still walking distance to the resort and restaurants in town. The host was very communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend and I would stay again!

Perfect little spot!

We enjoyed this cozy place. Everything you could need was there. Easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment. Our host was most accommodating and provided great info on what the area had to offer. We loved the outdoor area to relax. We would definitely stay there again.
