You've got almost 1.5 acres on top of La Grande Princesse Hill, and the panoramic views stretch across the entire east side of St. Croix. You're seven minutes from Christiansted for shopping and restaurants. Cane Bay is 14 minutes when you want world class snorkeling. Sugar Beach is four minutes for those perfect white sand Caribbean postcard moments.
