On the second floor, the east wing has two further rooms and the west wing has a TV lounge and the final bedroom. Outside, the castle is surrounded by extensive grounds with an inner courtyard and ample private parking. A covered terrace has an outdoor living and dining area, while another terrace overlooks the pool. An outbuilding offers a games room and there is a chapel on site. The private heated pool is complemented by sun loungers and a pool house with facilities. The château is located in the Périgord Vert, with the nearest shopping facilities in Verteillac, around 10 km away. Please note: There is a security guard in the neighbouring apartment.
