It features a large, unfenced garden, a covered terrace, and a designated parking area. In Picanas, the renovated stable awaits you with your two horses or six bicycles. A hiking trail from the property connects to the GR86 Toulouse-Luchon long-distance footpath. You will be 4km from Aurignac (Aurignacian Museum, shops, restaurants, beer festival), 11km from the Saint-André swimming and fishing lake, and less than 30 minutes by car from: the Martres-Tolosane pottery, Bonnefont Abbey, the Cardeilhac Arboretum forest, the Archaeological Museum and Gallo-Roman Villa of Montmaurin, the Gorges de la Save river, and the Cazères water sports center.
