The staff were very friendly and helpful, check in was easy and the parking was good. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice. The room was well equipped and clean. I would definately stay again if in Bournemouth.

I had a very relaxing stay. The hotel was well located, in a lovely neighbourhood and it was easy to get everywhere. Everyone was friendly and helpful, which made me feel at home. My room was great - comfortable, well fitted and spacious. I really enjoyed the dinner and breakfast choices in the restaurant, and also appreciated the attention the hotel gives to being sustainable. I would definitely stay again.

Hotel was pleasant, however, our room was on the ground floor next to the kitchen which was noisy with the sounds of staff speaking and cutlery being cleaned after we had gone to bed. This was made worse because as there was no air conditioning we had to keep the windows open.

The hotel is in a good location. Only 10 minutes walk to the beach and about 20 minutes to the venue of town. Nice room and good bathroom with plenty of room in the shower. In the bathroom the extractor fan didn't work and there was a bulb out. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows were a bit flat. The bedroom didn't have air conditioning and the small portable fan didn't really help to cool things down. The staff were great - uniformly pleasant and helpful. There is an in house bar which is good and it also had a lovely, shared outdoor seating area. The hotel had plenty of parking with two charging stations for electric vehicles.
