Unique Basement (downstairs) apartment in an historic building, 5 minutes walk from the lovely Boscombe beach . 3 Bedrooms 1 bathroom + Ensuite benefitting from 1 car park space.
Please note bath towels are not provided
Due to a couple of issues I have had with noise of same sex groups I will need to talk to a contact person before accepting any bookings. No noise is permitted after 11pm and no access to patio after this time.
