Disappointed
Disappointed. Paid additional money for cleaning and the toilet was not clean, the cutlery was not clean, the floor under the beds was not clean and there were two or three empty cleaning product bottles dumped in a cupboard in the living room.
On top of this there was mould in the bathrooms and the main bedroom and the property needs some airing.
