Gîte 'La Framboisine' with Balcony and Wi-Fi

Located in Bourgvilain, Burgundy, Gîte la Framboisine offers a charming 63 m² accommodation, ideal for up to 4 guests. On the first floor, you’ll find a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a private kitchen, dining area, and a living room opening onto a balcony. Upstairs, there are two adjoining attic bedrooms: one with a double bed that can be converted into two singles, a dresser, and an armchair; the other with two single beds, a desk, a wardrobe, toy chests, and children’s books. The staircase is equipped with a safety gate. A baby cot with linens and blankets is provided for families with young children. Wi-Fi and a private balcony are available. Cleaning can be done by guests or arranged by the owner for an extra fee.



A relaxation area is set up in the orchard, with loungers and armchairs to enjoy the surrounding nature. The gîte is attached to the owners’ house, allowing you to interact and receive tips on local highlights.



Breakfast and tasting platters featuring regional products such as farmhouse terrine, goat cheese, country bread, Bresse curd with homemade coulis, and local wafers are available for an extra fee. Wines, beers, and regional products are also for sale. Events are not permitted on the property.



The gîte is just 10 minutes from the medieval town of Cluny and 1 hour from Lyon, making it easy to explore valleys, vineyards, castles, and Romanesque churches while enjoying the peace of the countryside.
