Logement au fond f’une cour insalubre. Le logement Ă©tait propre ainsi que les communs. Chaleur Ă©touffante avec aucune possibilitĂ© de rafraichir sauf un ventilateur de plafond bruyant et inefficace. Des allĂ©es et venues toute la nuit dans le couloir - point d’echange stupĂ©fiants ?- Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© deux nuits,une a suffi et nous sommes partis.

Bel espace

Logement proche du centre, situé dans une cour donc trÚs calme. TrÚs facile à trouver, proche de commerces. Appartement situé au 1er étage, spacieux, bien équipé et trÚs bien décoré. Capsules de café et de thé appréciées, merci. Se fut un plaisir aprÚs avoir visité la ville sous la canicule de prendre une bonne douche fraßche et de pouvoir se reposer dans cet appartement.

Appartement correct mais trÚs mal climatisé

L'appartement est correct (spacieux et bien Ă©quipĂ©) mais il est insupportable par temps chaud. En effet, cet appartement ne dispose que de deux petits vasistas (30 cm sur 1 mĂštre) situĂ©s en haut du mur, juste sous le plafond : l'aĂ©ration est donc quasi nulle. Si encore le climatiseur fonctionnait correctement, ce dĂ©faut d'aĂ©ration pourrait ĂȘtre corrigĂ©. Mais bien que nous ayons fait fonctionner ce climatiseur toute la journĂ©e, comme l'agence nous l'a conseillĂ©, la tempĂ©rature est restĂ©e insupportable pendant les 3 jours : jusqu'Ă  37 degrĂ©s celsius aux pires moments, et jamais en dessous de 30 degrĂ©s.

la salle de bain est dramatique. pas de Vmc et sĂšche serviette non fonctionnel. les serviettes ne pouvaient donc pas sĂ©cher. le mĂ©canisme de la vasque Ă©tait bloquĂ© j'ai du forcer pour l'ouvrir, les tĂ©tines du plafonnier de douche Ă©taient obturĂ©es Ă  80%. il suffit pourtant de le gratter avec l'ongle que je l'ai fait pour certaines... par ailleurs l'acoustique est dĂ©plorable. on entend tout ce qui se passe chez les voisins, y compris le compĂšre alcoolisĂ© qui vient frapper Ă  4h du matin (toutes portes fermĂ©es bien sĂ»r). enfin, l'odeur rĂ©gnant dans l'appartement, malgrĂ© plusieurs heures d'ouverture des fenĂȘtres est assez hallucinante, il doit y avoir un animal mort.... deux nuits dĂ©sastreuses pour moi.

J'ai trouvĂ© que la rĂ©sidence La Cocarde Ă©tait bien situĂ©e non loin des points d'intĂ©rĂȘt de Bourges et un trĂšs bon rapport qualitĂ©/prix. Juste un petit bĂ©mol sur la poubelle qui ne comportait pas de sac poubelle et les carreaux qui n'Ă©taient pas nettoyĂ©s.
