Perfect for a stop over

The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel exterior doesn’t look very nice but inside is ok. We stopped over for a night during a road trip and was good. Parking is safe and at the back of the hotel. Only a short walk to the city centre which was lovely

We arrived to find the the hotel is undergoing renovation. That included a new carpark being resurfaced leading to a rather dirty temporary reception area. Our room was OK, but the shower was missing one door so that water ended up all over the bathroom floor. Breakfast was nice and it is easily walkable into the centre of Bourges, but we were not prepared for what state the hotel would be in for our short stay.

C’est dommage, un hôtel refait à neuf mais déjà des problématiques d’entretien. Les draps de mon lit étaient taché de sang des poils dans la baignoire et le petit déjeuner. Il n’y avait pas de pain blanc de baguette, juste un pain complet et un pain aux graines au vu du prix du petit déjeuner à 14 €. C’est rare que j’écris mais là comme je l’ai annoncé à l’hôtesse d’accueil qui n’a eu aucune réaction et pas d’appel non plus j’aurais pu l’énoncer de vive voix à la direction
