Great location, lovely apartment

Lovely Belles challes apartment - well located near one of the exits within the block for ski in, ski out. Very close to restaurants and shops as well. Well equipped and very clean. Good communication from host.

An old studio which retains the original fittings and is ready for some refurbish. Broken lights and the original fridge ( free standing alternative ) , no kettle ( typically French) and blankets not douvets ….. needs a refit Overall good location for the slopes and village but looking tired

The apartment is clean and comfortable. It's possible to ski in & out for quick access to the slopes. It's close to the village shops and the shuttle bus terminus / left luggage facility at Charvet which is convenient for transfer days.

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour, logement très bien situé au centre du quartier du Charvet. Accès et retour skis aux pieds par la sortie du 8e étage de la résidence les lauzieres quelques pas du logement. Commerces à proximité également. Logement « dans son jus » mais propre et bien équipé. Literie confortable. Je conseille ce logement.

Nous avons passé un super séjour au ski entre amis dans cet appartement voici comment cela c'est passé :Au niveau de la réservation, la propriétaire était à la fois respectueuse, volontaire et répondait très rapidement ce qui facilitait les échanges.Ensuite à l'arrivée, nous avons été surpris par l'espace du studio, il était nettement plus grand que ce à quoi nous nous attendions, au niveau de la chambre à l'entrée et du salon/salle à manger.La vaisselle était très bien fournie avec la possibilité de manger plusieurs repas d'affilée avant de devoir lancer un lave-vaisselle. De plus il y avait tous les ustensiles qui pourraient vous être nécessaires.Au niveau de la baignoire, contrairement aux baignoires habituelles d'apparts de ski, celle-ci permettait réellement de s'allonger et le chauffe-eau était juste impeccable, un bain très chaud en moins d'une minute cela fait plaisir après une bonne journée de ski.Concernant la proximité des magasins et des pistes, elle est bien entendu exactement comme décrite par la proprio ce qui est très pratique.Le rapport qualité prix est très correct.Que dire de plus? Ou plutôt, que souhaiter de plus? Notre petit groupe a vraiment trouvé cet appartement fantastique, je vous le conseille vraiment.

Studio très bien situé mais logement sale à l arrivée

Sur l annonce etait indiqué 2 salles de bain et du wifi. Il n y avait qu une sdb et pas de wifi ( j avais pris la précaution de vérifier à l avance). Quand nous sommes arrivés, nous avons constaté que le logement était très sale, les toilettes non nettoyées vaisselle non faite, dessus de lits douteux. 2 lampes dans la salle principale brisées. J ai du acheter des profuits d entretien et faire le menage en arrivant. J ai fait une reclamation au propriétaire qui a été très réactif et m a contacté rapidement pour arranger les choses ce qu il a fait. Quelques petites réparations et de rénovation notamment de la salle de bain sont à envisager. Malgré ces déconvenues vite oubliées grâce à la réactivité des propriétaires, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce studio idéalement situé.

appartement calme bien situé avec toutes les commodités a proximité.

Apres quelques désagréments rencontres a notre arrivée dus a un dysfonctionnement de l'ancien frigo et une télévision non fixée , la propriétaire très a l'écoute a pu faire en sorte que tout rentre dans l'ordre rapidement . petit bémol pour l'accueil chez alpissime qui ne semble pas totalement concerné par les les problèmes rencontrés par les locataires. de plus cette agence n'avait pas transféré mon mail de réservation de ski même si cela n'a pas eu d'impact pour avoir le matériel demandé. Ne pas hésitez a faire part a la propriétaire de toutes vos remarques. Pour l’accès au parking des lauziers en sortant de l'appartement prendre a gauche l’ascenseur et descendre au 8 étage ou se trouve la porte de sortie .
